We are ready to respond to a possible spill within 1 hour with our emergency response teams, emergency response equipment depots and emergency response ships, which are positioned in 15 different locations in Turkey and are ready to stand by 24/7.

This structure has been established in accordance with both national legislation and international intervention standards; and aims to minimize environmental impacts. RISK ASSESSMENT AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANS

Within the scope of Law No. 5312, it is a legal obligation for all businesses operating as coastal facilities to have Emergency Response Plans prepared specifically for the facility in order to maintain their operating permits. These plans form the basis for rapid and effective intervention in possible marine pollution situations.

Our company prepares emergency response plans specific to each facility, taking into account criteria such as the region it is located in, the type and quantity of the product handled, annual ship traffic and operational frequency. With the detailed risk assessment carried out by our expert team, both environmental impacts are minimized and full compliance with the legislation is ensured.

HNS 1-2 AND OPRC 1-2 TRAININGS FOR COASTAL FACILITIES
Within the scope of Law No. 5312, personnel listed in the organizational chart of every coastal facility classified under this regulation are required to receive training in line with their risk assessments and emergency response plans. With our internationally certified and competent instructor trainers, we provide tailored training solutions to meet the needs of our valued stakeholders. Our company offers training programs required by coastal facilities in compliance with regulations, delivered by a team of internationally certified expert trainers. These training sessions, provided both theoretically and practically, aim to ensure that our stakeholders not only fulfill their legal obligations but are also well-prepared to respond to environmental risks. Thanks to the theoretical and practical nature of the training programs, our stakeholders are able to both comply with legal requirements and become prepared for potential environmental threats.
SHORE FACILITIES PREPAREDNESS: BEING DRILLS
Emergency situations that may occur at coastal facilities pose significant risks to the environment, human health, and facility safety. Therefore, effective preparedness is of great importance. Coastal Facility Preparedness Drills enhance personnel’s response capabilities through realistic and comprehensive scenarios, increasing their ability to react quickly and effectively. These drills also serve to test the functionality of critical equipment and strengthen communication and coordination. They are conducted regularly in cooperation with port authorities, public institutions, emergency response units, and the private sector. Such joint efforts establish a well-prepared and organized structure against potential risks. Each drill contributes sustainably to coastal and maritime safety by improving emergency response plans. Additionally, they raise employee awareness and support the full integration of a safety culture within the facility, operations management, training programs, and daily procedures.
